FAQs

Q: Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 30% non-refundable booking fee and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Your booking fee will be applied to the total balance.

​We also require a $250 security deposit that will be returned 3-10 if there are no damages to property or rental items and you are out of the venue but your scheduled time.

Q:  How do I reserve the date?

Once you choose a date, we will email a contract for you to review and sign electronically, 30% non-refundable booking fee & $250 deposit is due at the time of signing the contract, and no date will be reserved until payment and signed contract is received.

Q: Do you allow outside catering?

Yes, we do, and we also have preferred caterers who offer services to our clients.

 Q: Do you have a kitchen?

Yes, we have a small kitchenette area that includes a refrigerator, microwave and sink. We do not allow cooking on the premises, all food should be prepared prior to arrival at the venue.

 Q: When can I view the space?

Q: Does the rental time include setup and breakdown?

Yes, it does. If you need extra time you can add it to your package if the time is available at a cost of $150 per hour.​

Q: How early can I come into the setup for my event?

The setup time is included in the venue rental package you select. If extra time is needed, please consider adding extra time or booking a full-day rental so that you can enjoy your event without the pressure of rushing.

Q: How much does it cost to add additional hours?

The additional cost is $150/hr.

 Q: Can I serve alcohol? 

In a bold and heartfelt decision, we have decided to no longer serve alcohol at our events. This courageous step reflects a dedication to integrity, aligning with our values and honoring Jesus Christ. The Love Prep Academy aims to foster deeper connections and meaningful experiences for all who enter its doors.

We do have companies that will provide additional options such as mocktails, sodas, fresh juices & sparkling water.

Q: Do I have to have security?

No, security is not required for events booked at LPA Studios.

Q: How many guests does your venue accommodate?

Our Studio will accommodate up to 80 guests per event.

Q: What type of decorations are NOT allowed?

No nails, tape, screws, staples, or penetrating times are to be placed on our walls or floor. No glitter or confetti is allowed. No open flames or candles. If any of these items are used you will forfeit your security deposit.

Q: Can I have a DJ?

Yes, DJ’s are allowed, however, our speakers are Bluetooth compatible and available as a part of your package so you can create your favorite playlist and save your coins.
